​WARRANTY

RETURN / REFUND

You may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the returned merchandise must be unused and in it's in original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charged will be the buyer's responsibility.

 

SHIPPING

To the West Coast: Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
To the Central Coast: Orders generally arrive within 5-10 business days.
To the East Coast: Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for delivery.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE 

You have a couple of options in such a situation. You can reach out to us immediately to report the problem, provide details, and initiate the necessary steps for a replacement or refund. Alternatively, if you notice the damage or defect upon delivery, you can refuse the delivery to the driver and notify us promptly.
