Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
​
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your major appliances order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method: LTL Freight
Estimated delivery time: 5-14 Business days
Shipment cost: Free
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.royalgenesiscorp.com shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Flight LTL free liftgate and curbside face to face delivery service.
​
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
​
www.royalgenesiscorp.com will collecting taxes for all products shipped to the State of California.

Damages
​
Customer will need to check the package for damage before the driver leaves. If the package is damaged the delivery should be refused. Please let us know ASAP.
​
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item (and any other items from that order if they are part of a set) for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes.
​
For Items Shipped by Freight Carriers (including White Glove Service):
Damaged Items: 3 days after delivery. It’s critical to report the issue within that time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
Defective Items: 30 days after delivery.
International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Update this section if ship to countries outside your home country.

Returns Policy
​
You may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the returned merchandise must be unused and in its in original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charged will be the buyer's responsibility.
